The objective of TCV is to provide the Medco Technical Consultant (TC)/Systemed Project Manager (PM) a “one-stop shop” for capturing Project requirements and status. This tool replaced the BA Modules for certain Eligibility-based file types – Eligibility, Open Refill Transfer (ORT), Prior Authorization (PA/PLA) and External Claims (XCL). Additionally, this tool captures data for certain other requirement types – Custom requirements, Billing, Med-D/RDS.TCV is forward-integrated with Data On-Boarding (DoB) and feeds requirements and file dataset names (DSNs) directly into the DoB application. A File Mapping Tool that will allow TCs to map external custom formats, will allow the TC to process test files against the mapping so that Development and QA expense related to File Requirements, File Mapping, development and testing are reduced and implementation timelines decrease from 6 months to six weeks.
