Mahana Estates ($500 MM) – 126 Acre, 51 Lot Residential Subdivision (Kapalua, Maui, HI) (Sept. 2012 – Present) o Responsible for recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, discipline, and hiring/termination of all employees and contractors on the project (up to 35 employees & contractors onsite) o Coordinated project scheduling, employee crews and tasks, materials acquisition and delivery o Prepared required permit requests and business/regulatory submissions and communicated with regulatory agency staff including State DOT, State DOH, County DPS, County FPB, County DOT o Implemented and managed equipment maintenance program and documented repairs for fleet of 40+ pieces of heavy equipment and 100+ machines and tools

o Conducted daily administration of vendor invoices, progress reports, employee hours and payroll o Recorded field as-builts using GPS equipment and translated data to plans and redlines subsequently submitted to engineer for final incorporation into full size plans o Performed estimating and bidding on products, materials, and services based on complex plans and blueprints

o Oversaw quality control and inspections of materials, work performed, and cost analysis o Managed safety program, BMP implementation, and storm water analysis, including regular inspections, trainings, and hands-on installations

o Represented Nan, Inc at various meetings, functions, and distinguished events, including, but not limited to: fund raisers, bid conferences, state/county compliance meetings, and residential association meetings o Civil closeout project manager in charge of ensuring civil phase completion and subdivision approval

Maui Preparatory Academy ($300K) – 0.25mi Gratis Road/Round About Replacement (Napili, Maui, HI) (March 2013)

o Designed and engineered replacement road based on county codes and on-site requirements o Scheduled, delegated, and supervised work performed over entire project including Nan, Inc and various subcontractors

o Coordinated gratis donation of materials, equipment, and labor from various companies as well as acquired permits and approval from county of Maui to perform work o Ensured quality control through comprehensive inspection and analysis of entire scope o Provided compaction and density testing to ensure stability and longevity of finished product

Kahului Airport ($6MM) – Replacement of Elevators, escalators, and moving walkways (Kahului, Maui, HI) (April 2015 – Present)

o Surveyed site to gather important and detailed site information in order to effectively plan and schedule work

o Created barricade, signage, and detour plan used during construction o Reviewed proposed work plan to understand and recommend project phasing, foresee complications, and ensure efficient workmanship to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations o Quality control manager of record

Environmental Mitigation ($15K-$20K) – Foreign Material Removal (Honokahua & Mokupea Gulch, Maui, HI)
