Sr. Program Manager

●Support the Product Director Installation Information Infrastructure-Communications and Capabilities (I3C2) Southwest Asia and Pacific. Assist in managing various program and execution tasks related to installing network equipment (fiber and switches), information technology and audio visual capabilities at the multiple OCONUS sites the division oversees.

●Report directly to the Program Management Director and collaborates frequently with the government Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leaders, Systems Engineers and other members of the contact acquisition team.

●Assist the program office in the development of acquisition strategies and documents. Work to identify actions and requirements related to development and execution of acquisition processes.

●Assist in the development of cost estimates, cost evaluations, programmatic evaluations, risk management performance work statements (PWS) and other program management related actions. Support and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

●Review contract integration efforts related to operations, logistics, and engineering coordination efforts.

●Coordinate and prepare program documents such as the PWS, risk mitigation plans, request for proposal, contract documents, memorandums, and program briefs.

●Support long-range programs planning for assigned projects and the preparation of program briefings for higher headquarters. Augment the program at various program status and system engineering reviews on a weekly or monthly in person or via telecom/VTC. Develop and update reoccurring program reports via SharePoint in support of the PEO Enterprise Information Systems Division.

Pilar Services, Inc. 2005 to Feb 2013

Acquisition Professional

●Responsible for all Project Management functions associated with the development of acquisition packages for a variety of program and construction related projects.
