Have sufficient understanding about structural design, detailing of structural drawings and review of structural design calculations. The structures handled include Reinforced concrete highway structures residential and commercial buildings. Major projects on credit are Saudi Electric Company Headquater, Al Wafa tower riyadh, Mohtarrma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana, Com-3 Karachi, Burj Al Marina Qatar, EFHPRO Housing Scheme Islamabad, Box Girder Bridge Karachi Airport, Creek Side Mall, Dha Karachi, Palm Dera, Uae and LDA plaza lahore.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Responsibilities included carrying out design, analysis, detailing and checking of drawings, coordinating with team members in other offices, replying to client technical queries, attending coordination meetings, site visiting and checking structural works on site.

MAJOR PROJECTS:

Saudi Electric Company (SEC) Headquarter (Riyadh). The Headquarter includes many facility like 4 offices tower, service buildings, recreation building, mosque, podiums and connecting bridges . The Headquarter includes two basements under each facilities. Scope of work in this project limited to design of offices buildings, service building ( Data centre), connecting bridges, steel canopy and guard houses.

Riyadh Hilton Sky walk Bridge. Connecting Riyadh Hilton, Granada shopping centre & metro station. Steel bridge having multi spans separated by expansion joint. The maximum span is 30m in length.

Al Wafa Tower (Riyadh). The tower is ground +28 stories with 3 basements. The structure system of building consist of building frame system. The scope of work in this project is design review.

Makkah Heliport Airbase. The mega project includes many buildings (Steel shades, Concrete buildings, Hangers, Recreational building, Offices etc.)

Prince Sattam Park. The project includes many facilities of concrete structures & buildings with large span also a steel pedestrian bridge.

Salboukh Compound. Mega residential project having many types of apartments, villas, sports community hall, club house and other facility buildings.

Kingdom Tower. Kingdom Tower is the one of the tallest building in Riyadh. Scope of work is the rehabilitation & extension of some shops on ground floor. For this purpose we have check the strength of existing structure & where needed we have provided steel columns & beams with shear studs under the existing beams.

MOH Villas. Ministry of housing is the government project of housing in Ksa. The scope of work is to design eight different types of villas. In which some are G+2 & some are G+1.

MOH Water Tanks. Ministry of housing is the government project of housing in Ksa. The scope of work is to design the water tanks, sewage tank and treatment plants of many sites in Saudi Arabia.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Responsibilities included carrying out design, analysis, detailing and checking of drawings, coordinating with team members in other offices, replying to client technical queries, attending coordination meetings, site visiting and checking structural works on site.

MAJOR PROJECTS:

PIBT (PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL BULK TERMINAL). Located in Port Qasim Karachi, Objective of work is to establish a new jetty for Coal, Crinkle & Cement besides other jetties. Our scope of work are to design (i) Bridge to carry coal, crinkle & cement (ii) Jetty (iii) Concrete Hopper to store Cement, Coal & Crinkle.

RAILWAY UNDERPASS RAWALPINDI PAK. (Single barrel, 5.5m of two spans with wall support at end and column support at middle. The underpass consist of two type of mass transit, the train is move on top slab & vehicles on bottom slab i.e. vehicles under the barrel & train over the barrel.)

•MOHTARRMA BENAZIR BHUTTO MEDICAL UNIVERSITY LARKANA (Various ground +1 buildings including Hostile Block, Administration Block, Academic Block, Gymnasium, Cafeteria, Auditorium, Lecture hall etc.)

•COM-3 KARACHI (High Rise Building having 2 basements 6 podiums +26 Stories. Shopping Center at podium & residential apartments at rest of the floors. The framing system of the building is beam slab & lateral force resisting system is moment resisting frame. The building is resting on pile raft system. )

•BOX GIRDER BRIDGE KARACHI AIRPORT (3-apan continuous bridge having span of 38+40+38 m)
