Chief Technology Officer
Leading a combined in-sourced/out-sourced staff of over 120 in support of a business strategy to develop a balanced content delivery product portfolio, from printed pages to digital media. 240 discrete web properties under management and over 100 mobile products, including tablets.
Completed the assimilation of I.T. outsource partners for web and non-web development and support, I.T. infrastructure and operations. Savings estimated at over $2M/year.

Led a staff of 115. Managed $30M capital and operating expense budgets in support of 2 companies, 2 distinct web properties (Arbonne.com, Nature’s Gate.com), 3 retail compliant distribution centers (Irvine, Ca, Indianapolis, In and Canada, 1 bulk distribution center and International Operations in the UK and Australia.
Led a growth driven ($460M to $900M in a year) overhaul of Arbonne’s technology solution, including a tactical rebuild of the corporate datacenter, construction of a high availability infrastructure, repairing and/or replacing the entire application suite with Oracle 11i and building the technology organization from 9 professionals and 6 servers to a permanent staff of 75 and over 400 devices.
Hardened the Ecommerce platform and applications, increasing capacity and fault tolerance to enable timely handling of over 500,000 discrete line items in over 40,000 daily orders.
Re-platformed the Pick-based commission engine, and replaced Epicor with Oracle 11i in a 24 month implementation, enabling expansion of operations into Europe and Australia.
