We use a program called Dominion, which is a tool used to organize our clients, send emails and broadcast information on different cars on the lot, as well as, note phone calls. Reporting issues with the service manager and keeping files in order. Managing the cars on the lot and making sure they have been serviced and fueled for the day.

Responsibilities: Received payments by cash, check, credit card, Issued receipts, refunds, credits, Greeted customers, resolved customer complaints, Answered customers' questions and provided customer service. As a cashier my job was to provide a great customer service experience. I would take the cash and give back change, and also deal with customer complaints. My other duties as a cashier were to make sure the store remained clean at all times. I also worked as a cook and was responsible for making sure food was made fresh and to order; placed on each plate correctly and reading orders with certain changes. As the food preparer I was among the first employees in and was responsible for ensuring that my station and supplies were clean before using them. Food preparation also included cutting vegetables for salads, marinating grilled meat and preparing chicken fingers.
Accomplishments: I became an impact employee and a high performing worker. Wherever the restaurant was short I staff, I could be counted on to come in and work that shift. At our store we really got to know our customers on a personal level so work was a friendly environment.
Skills Used: My skills were providing customer service, preparing food in a timely fashion.

Skills Used: Understanding each individual position on the court and placing players in the right area to be trained. I individually trained a girl for her position on the court and coached her throughout workouts. The skills needed in the camp were patience, a positive attitude, leadership, mentoring, agility, endurance, cardio, and flexibility techniques.

Accomplishments: I was able to work in a field many people do not have the privilege of being offered a position in. I was recruited by the CDC and offered to continue my internship over the summer until I was ready to move into my field.
