Supervised 16 mechanics to operate and maintain an automated pick and place production operation with 1000 employees. Performed cost estimating and cost justification, refined manufacturing processes, capital equipment acquisitions, recommended tooling for plant engineering, managed maintenance and safety.

– Submit and authorize capitol requisitions for new machinery meeting with two (2) year payback standards. Team leader for requesting, reviewing, and selecting proposals for new machinery and equipment.
