Retail Manager 2014 –2015 The Salvation Army (Bahamas) Responsible for all human resources, i.e. hiring, scheduling, training, creating and sustaining a highly motivated sales team. Further, analyzing financials to improve productivity. This resulted in the maximization of profits by 10% and the minimization of total operational costs by 15%. Other duties included customer support and satisfaction, the resolution of any issues in the stores, and promoting the organization locally and international through the use of social media, local remotes, and self-designed advertisements.

Operations Manager 2009 – 2014 M&D Pools

It was my duty to coordinate the effective and efficient daily operations of this business. This included the management of a diverse staff, negotiating bids with prospective clients, management of customer support, creating client contracts for various construction projects, preparation of monthly financial statements, setting company standards and policies, and designing and implementing marketing strategies. It was my responsibility to monitor and improve upon the organization’s profitability, ensuring that M&D Pools remained a leading contender in the industry.
