Achieved Q1 registration.

Managed Industrial Engineering department for union plant of 500+ union employees comprised of foundry, machining, welding, assembly and testing of commercial and residential fossil fuel and electrical hydronic heating systems.

Conceived, Developed and chaired formal division employee based cost reduction program, saving in excess of $1Million first year and handsomely monetarily rewarding contributors. Further enhancement of program dramatically increased reward potential based on contributor’s scope.

Improved cycle times, tool life in all machining operations at Dana Corp. Spearheaded a 1.5 Million Sq. Ft. 1200 employee, UAW roll forming /assembly plant shutdown/relocation/requalification of all processing for Newell-Rubbermaid Corp. Project completed six months ahead of schedule and $1.2M under budget.

Conceived, Developed, managed fabrication, and validated automated machining center for Echlin-Sprague Devices Heavy Duty Technology Group (Tier 1) for high volume commercial vehicle wiper system control valve machining, gauging, staking, cleaning and testing, saving >$500K.
