Responsible for planning, scheduling, and management of all Reactor and Spent Fuel Pool related work activities during on-line and outage time.
Responsible for two first line supervisors and 9 fuel handlers performing day to day on-line work activities.
Responsible for nine first line supervisors, four refuel floor coordinators, two outage control center managers,

Responsible for schedule integration with overall master outage schedule in Project View scheduling software
Responsible for planning and preparations to complete a 9 day refueling portion of the outage at Braidwood Nuclear Generating Station. Overall outage was 15 days.
