Professional Experience

Currently serves as the Senior Close Quarters Combat Instructor (CQCI) and Advanced Marksmanship Instructor (AMI) for the Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT), Chesapeake. Mr. Hall is a technical expert in writing lesson plans, points of Instruction, creating and instructing classroom sessions, and performing as a mentor and advisor for all Direct Action Sections (DAS), Tactical Delivery Teams (TDT), and Precision Marksman (PM). Mr. Hall is responsible for the development, planning, coordination, preparation, organization and conduct of basic and advanced Close Quarter Combat (CQC) and marksmanship training. Mr. Hall advises and assists with Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS), hook and climbing, fast roping and the use of law enforcement techniques within the advanced interdiction mission. Mr. Hall serves as a Range Safety Officer (RSO) at multiple training venues, and performs platform instruction in Advanced Interdiction Training (AIT). Additional duties and responsibilities also include but are not limited to conducting advances for off-site operations and exercises, coordinating training for and with other Government Agencies (OGA’s). Mr. Hall creates drafts and finalizes live fire risk assessments utilizing the Operational Risk Management model and he provides reports and recommendations to the Senior Government employee on site, the Command staff and the HDG/ATS Project Manager concerning all aspects of training and instructor needs. Mr. Hall designs and implements daily training plans, Limited Mission Profile (LMP) exercises, Full Mission Profile (FMP) exercises, and unit wide exercises to evaluate the operator, team, and unit’s readiness. Mr. Hall provides high quality training, performs all tasks that are assigned, supports the instructor staff when assistance is requested and travels to off-site locations in support of the customer when necessary

Instrumental part of a US led inter-agency team conducting counter drug operations in South America. Responsible for the training of US and foreign government officials in unconventional warfare. Over two years experience in country in Central and South America for various FID, MTT, and CD operations.
