Objective

Help the manager with P/L reports, scheduling, P-Cubed Reports, daily sales reports, attend meetings, ordering ingredients for recipes and inventory and work the counters. I have found ways for employees to save steps and found ways on how to best manage resources.
2007-2007 Bass Hollow Lodge Graham, TX
Manager
I did all the ordering for retail, managed 17 employees and payroll. We were a resort and I took care of the reservations for 26 units including a motel, cabins and r.v. spaces. One of my greatest accomplishments is to build a workable website.
2003-2007 Farmer’s Minit Mart Graham, TX

I did all the bookkeeping for the store, manage employess, order inventory for retail, taking inventory on the stock weekly. Work in the store when necessary. We built this store from the ground up, worked it until my husband became handicapped.

Kept all records for the company, including field reports, payroll, accounts receivable and payable. Payroll including payroll taxes, 940’s & 941’s, W-2’s, W-4’s and end of the year W-3’s. I kept a very intensive spreadsheet that allowed me to double check every figure.
