Duties and Responsibilities (Job Description)

o We assemble aluminum made boats (40meters) like luxury boats, passenger boats, patrol boats, as well as yachts.

o Can weld all specified areas of the ship (from bottom plate, keel plate, engine beds, main deck, to wheelhouse) with 3mm to 50mmplate thickness using 0.9 to 1.2mmwelding wire. o Doweld for X-Ray purposes and confined space areas of the ship then constantly pass after inspection. o Every day in the morning before we start working we, and our welding superintendent/supervisor will meet together to assign all welders on their specific task of the day and discuss safety measures.. o Before welding I clean the area to make sure that there is no oil/dirt/water because this can cause porosity like blowholes and pinholes especially when we weld X-RAY purposes portion. o Perform all welding position ( horizontal, vertical, flat, overhead) for both FILLET & SEAMWELD, using MIG welding machine.

o Maintain a constant focus on safety, worksafely and not put others at riskat all times while at the facility or representing the company. Constantly maintain a neat, clean and safe working area o At the end of the day, Imake sure that all welding machines and other electric devices are switched off. Also the tools and equipments must be in proper place. o More importantly, must clean the working area before going home. Tools and Equipment Used:
