úProvide expert oversight to the completion of quarterly property modification lists for active programs to maintain adherence of all occurring property actions and applicable modifications to contracts

úPrepare complete monthly property reports for ISR program, which outline all property movements and additions and monitor the accuracy of ongoing master lists of equipment consisting of approximately over 15,000 items

úClosely coordinate with project managers and contracting officer's representatives on weekly basis to ensure achievement of all property needs

úEnsure complete records and backup documentation of all DD1149s, 4949s, packing slips, inventory forms, 1348s, and property modifications on contracts which include closeouts and loss reports

Asset Management Staff Coordination

úInitiate the creation and submission of 4949s for changes to assets into the local property database

úHold accountability in overseeing cradle-to-grave life cycle of data administration involving government

úDisplay keen attention to detail in monitoring the accuracy of information provided to government costumer which include all necessary paperwork and transaction documents

úBuild and maintain professional rapport with 13 vendors in order to collect serial numbers and PO information
