During my tenure I facilitated the coordination and Implementation of various projects of health, education, protection, which boosted the organization image. With particular focus of working hand in hand with local coordination bodies, such as MOH, Ministry of women Development and Family affairs, ministry of public works and wherever necessary seek ways to strengthen and facilitate the quality of coordination mechanisms through formal and ad hoc bodies.
Furthermore I Worked closely with other stakeholders including INGOs and UN organizations and representing the organization in cluster meetings such as Protection and health cluster as well as GBV working group, reproductive health working and food security cluster.
Similarly I Supervised the implementation of all projects in order to ensure that funds are used for intended purposes and results are delivered. With particular reference I Provided supportive supervision to programme staff (field officers), in development of monthly and quarterly action plans in line with program direct implementation plans.
oUndertake joint visit with donors funding the projects implementing by RDI
oProvide regular monthly and quarterly reports to donors funding respective projects
oAssist the admin and finance officer in development of comprehensive financial documents and statements for liquidations of advances and reimbursements.
Finally, I have mobilized allot of resources for the organization, through various engagement with donors, preparing concept notes and sharing success stories with donors to show the impact of their resource.

During the term with MT, I worked as psychosocial officer mainly offering counseling and emotional support services to Gender based violence survivors and support them reintegrate into their families and communities in General. I was also doing referral further support such as medical, legal and security and livelihood services.
The bellow are some key responsibilities;

Daily visit to fields in order to monitor general situation of fields and collect reliable date
Distribution of individual dignity kits to meet survivors basis needs.
Support of survivors for family and /or community reintegration.

Individual awareness raising activities for survivors and their partners at on risk prevention of sexuality transmitted infections (STI) and HIV virus.
Selection of most vulnerable survivors for socio educational activities.
Management of budget allocated to psychosocial activities in line with MT policies and practices under local project coordinator subversion.
Registration and filling of all GBV forms
Providing counseling and follow up their condition of all the GBV survivors
First aid listening of survivors and I identification of individual psychosocial rehabilitation plan
