I just finished my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Information System Security (BSIT/ISS), and would like to be given the opportunity work in the technology field. I have lead soldiers, civilians, and would be honored and appreciative to be given an opportunity to work in the IT field. When working in Afghanistan I was a GG12/8. In country I am a GG11/9. I have always dealt with our G/J/S6 IT departments systems in all locations, IT was an additional task. As the J6 representative I trouble shoot, trouble tickets with our IT department to insure quick resolutions.

I am solution focused, team oriented professional with broad experiences and skills in application support, Intel collection and analysis. I am professional with years of experience in information technology with military management. Exceptional communication skills and can effectively work with all levels of the organization.

I have managed many projects in the USA and in combat situations, always to make sure projects are completed with accuracy and in a timely matter. I monitored activities and always mitigated the risks to make sure missions are accomplished. I have been in charge of contractors, soldiers, and government personnel. I have had to make sure all documentation is in order and made sure that all cost analysis where accurate and efficient. As the senior interrogator at different combat outpost in Afghanistan I have had to deal with resolving conflict with the different cultures of our interpreters and our civilian and military personnel, with proper moral and ethical standards to always make sure everyone is heard and all issues resolved.

11/01/2014 – Present, 40 Hours per Week, HT-JCOE / Joint HUMINT Analysis & Targeting Course, Intelligence operations specialist/GG11 step 9, Department Of the Army, Friedman Hall, Ft Huachuca, AZ 85613. Joint HUMINT Analysis & Targeting Course (JHATC) we train DOD and Intelligence Community HUMINT Analysts and Counterintelligence (CI) analysts, CI/HUMINT Targeting Officers (HTO), and CI/HUMINT collectors to provide focused support to CI/HUMINT collection operations at all echelons. JHATC graduates are proficient in leveraging ALL-Source intelligence to conduct Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) analysis. CI/HUMINT Lead Development and Targeting and analysis at the tactical, operational and strategic levels; JHATC graduates advocate for HUMINT integration into the intelligence targeting cycles. 09/14/2009 – 11/01/2014/Present, 40 Hours per Week, HT-JCOE / Joint Analysis Interrogation Collaboration Course, JAICC Intelligence Instructor/ Trainer Top Secret (TS/SCI), GG11/9, Department Of the Army, 41416 Rhea Rd, Ft Huachuca, AZ 85613, I am a Team Manager for Team two at HT-JCOE I ensure that 100 percent of all new team members are properly assimilated into the team as well as JAICC. Maintain 100 percent team accountability, team interaction and communications to ensure smooth working of the team. Ensure managerial and administrative functions are accomplished in a timely manner. This task includes leave/time-off management, individual performance evaluations, conducting on-going training of team members and conducting IPRs to manage deliverables. Manage external support requirements, assign, track and maintain roles, POI, and booth role-playing tasks while taking into account team member readiness to accomplish those tasks. Perform maintenance to and update the Motivational Factors in Resistance class at least once a quarter. Ensure that HUMINT Track and FTX roles are updated by the instructors. I attended the FBI/DIA High Value Detainee Interrogation Group, Research to Practice: Observation and Coaching Course in Vienna Virginia to increase my expertise and knowledge of HUMINT collection methods. I participated in the Presidential directive for the High Value Detainee Interrogation Group in an Interrogation competency model and situational development, judgment test development effort to screen and select future interrogators. I am part of the JAICC input on a high-level content/design concept for the Instructional Media Design Support to Targeting project Interactive Multimedia Instruction for the J7, in collaboration with Source Operations Course, Defense Strategic Debriefing Course, Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course, Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course, and J2x Course.

I was the J6 information technology representative for JAICC and collaborated with DIA for JAICC to have a HOTR simulator server, and trained all instructors on how to use HOTR, and was the HOTR administrator. I managed all systems and hardware for JAICC. I managed the user name and password for M3, SIPR, NIPR, PSI/JABBER, and HOTR.

October 2010 to December 2011, over 118 hours a week Interrogator, Special Forces Joint Taskforce, Afghanistan, Department of the Army civilian/HT-JCOE/ INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST, 0132 - GG-12/8, (TS-SCI) voluntary deployment.

Deployed from Ft. Huachuca, AZ and worked as an interrogator for a Joint Special Operations Task Force in Afghanistan. Conducted over approximately 800 interrogations on approximately 400 detainees, some considered High Valued Individual detainees and written over 800 interrogation reports on terrorists groups such as Taliban, Haqqani network, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin, and Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan. Mainly RC south and P2K. Intelligence collected resulted in the intelligence information insurgent members, some considered high value targets. Supervised interrogators as the senior intelligence interrogator of three facilities, I attended and conducted briefs. Assisted in the development of Strategic Targeting Packages with the aid of Falcon View imagery; that led to intelligence information on HVT targets.

10/08 to 09/09 40 hours a week Oberon/Stanley served as an instructor at the Joint Analysis Interrogation Collaboration Course (JAICC) at the HUMINT Training Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE), Ft Huachuca, Arizona. Assisting the development of course material for the Afghanistan and Iraq Scenario along with training analysts and interrogators to successfully function as a Tiger Team in order to better combat the threat associated with the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) at the JIDC in Iraq and the Bagram Theatre Internment Facility (BTIF) Afghanistan. 04/04 to 12/04 over 70 hours a week Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Ft Belvoir, VA, Ft. Meade, MD, Ft. Irwin, CA and Kuwait City, Kuwait, Team Chief Performed force protection in Kuwait City. Force protection activities included, intelligence collection and operations, counterintelligence, consisted of reviewing country and regional threats. I briefing troops on security requirements, reviewing daily missions to determine mission requirements for collection, personnel, security measures, routes, rally points, and check-in times. Briefed our commander on planned conduct of the missions, to include contingency plans. Missions consisted of meetings with military officials and police officers regarding security of military forces, American civilians, coalition forces, and Kuwaitis.

At Ft. Belvoir, VA, Ft. Meade, MD, and Ft. Irwin, CA, screened future interpreters and linguist to determine type of security clearance given for present and future missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe and hot spots around the world for the war on terrorism. Screening consisted of filling out new SF-86 reviewing LACs, NACs, credit reports and previous questioner filled by the subject, and questioning them on inconsistencies and giving an assessment on the interview.

10/01 to 10/03 40 hours a week 321st MI Bn and 504th MI Bn, Ft. Hood, Texas HUMINT Collector. Part of a team who traveled and interrogated terrorists to prevent further attacks on American soil and to provide actionable intelligence to American troops around the world during the war on terrorism. Interrogated detainees and prisoners of war, and debriefed U.S. prisoners of war, returnees and other friendly forces to obtain military intelligence. Prepared intelligence information reports (IIR), interpreted foreign languages and insured the accurate exchange of statements. Edited and translated foreign documents and materials for accuracy and completeness. Assessed debriefing results of refugees and defectors and extracted critical data to fulfill strategic intelligence requirements.

02/02 to 02/03 over 90 hours a week JTF (JOINT TASK FORCE) 160/170/180/GTMO/ / Guantanamo Bay, Cuba HUMINT Collector. Performed as an Interrogator and Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism on High Value Targets. Collected intelligence and provided answers to source directed requirements for lead analyst. Performed in tiger teams, that included FBI, NSA, NCIS, OSI, Marine Intel., antiterrorism task forces, and coordinated with CIA on high value detainees. Worked as an Interrogator liaison with foreign intelligence agencies when they visited there detainees in order to coordinated interrogations and exchange of information.

Selected and was part of a special projects team where the focus was only high value detainees to answer national level requirements.
