Accomplishments:
1: Completed Quality Assurance Program for ~$120.000.000.00 State Detention Center in Urbana MD. Position held: Construction Quality Program Manager. ( Heery International, 2000-2002).Client Service Recognition. Oversaw Commissioning of all MEP and security systems. Project Goal of meeting cost/quality and schedule was met close to 90% of the original plan.
2: Competed Renovation, code compliance and upgrading and assist with leasing 680 high-rise apartment units in SE Washington DC, (Capitol Plaza Complex). Position held: Project Construction Manager, ( DMS International) 2002-2004. Also Completed Embassy of Pakistan during this period as a owner’s construction representative.
3: Completed 4 major Physical Security Projects for the IMF HQ in Washington DC for hardening structural and façade of the buildings, assisted with commissioning of all integrated newly designed HVAC systems.. Also assisted with other renovation projects performed by GC at both HQ’s .2004-2008 ( Day Care Center/ the Bank Roof modifications and Critical Data Center Renovation . Position held: Construction Project Manager and Facility Officer.
4: Completed hardening /physical / mechanical and architectural upgrading of 168 Barracks in Ft. Belvoir with outstanding Results. (Met all 3objectives the project; Schedule, Budget and Quality). Project monitored and administrated by the US Corp of Engineers .2008-2010. Fairfax VA.
5: 2011-2015 :Hired real estate agents and negotiated office lease agreements for new Modus offices nationwide., Managed service by providers and vendors, supervised and controlled schedule and budget for the build out of the main Modus office in Washington DC. Practiced renewing office leases and interfacing all vendors and Landlord agents as well as building management team. Also assisted with office management/invoicing and collections. Vendor selections and their contracts as well as budgeting and financial goals for replacing furniture and office environment improvements.. Built three new server rooms and regularly attending financial goals and reporting directly to CFO of the company. Assisting with all offices fixed asset inventories using automated GigaTrac. I succeeded to reduce the cost and increase efficiency for purchasing equipment and buying vendor services.

Oversaw Commissioning of all newly installed MEP systems. Weekly meetings to evaluate project’s progress against master plan and revise or update on going activity plans were partially attended.
Actively liaised between outside agencies and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues with building engineers and the O&M team. Managed all aspects of construction activities with building occupants and O&M engineers to minimize disruption to the normal operation of the facility, including data center, fire command room, and global security operation center.
