Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Part of the team responsible for Erection & Commissioning of Raw mill circuit, Coal mill circuit (GEBR. PFIFFER) for 6000TPD cement plant.

Co-ordination with engineering section for release of Civil Drawings, Mechanical Drawings & Fabrication Drawings.

Co-ordination with civil section for release of foundation as per requirement & Front availability for erection.

Co-ordination & follow up with fabrication Section for release of various structures for erection.

Preparation of schedule & progress report for drawings, fabrication & installation for raw material handling section.

Planning, organizing & controlling the flow of materials from their initial purchase through internal operations to service point.

Controlling the quality and levels of manpower within an organization so that available manpower can be used efficiently & economically.

Experience :

3rd Project:-

INVOLVE IN ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING OF-

VERTICAL ROLLER MILL- MVR 6000 C-6 CEMENT MILL,GEBR PFIFFE

Including Erection & commissioning and Alignment of GEBR. PFIFFER,Raw mill base, gear box and gear box plate, Grinding Table, Nozzle Ring, Mill Grinding Roller, Pressure Frame, Grit cone, Mill Classifier, Mill Housing, And Mill main Drive.

2nd Project:-

RAW MILL - MPS 5000 BK (clinker unit) (6500 tpd)

COAL MILL - MPS 2800 K (clinker unit) (6500 tpd)

Including Erection & commissioning and Alignment of GEBR. PFIFFER raw mill and coal mill including.

1ST Project:-

Erection & commissioning of “Synthetic Gypsum Plant”.

Completed Erection and Commissioning of “Synthetic Gypsum Plant” (50tph) Project at Shree Cement Ltd. RAS. Including Installation of Feed Hooper, Screw Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Buffer Hopper, and Weigh feeder, Mixer, Den, EOT Crane, Pollution Control Equipment And Fabrication and Erection Of Acid Tanks, Tussle And Column For Crane Shed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

COMPLETE MECHANICAL ERECTION AND PLANNING FOR THE PLANT, WHICH INCLUDES:

Co-ordination between different agencies and making daily project report.

Checking of all the drawings before from civil and mechanical (both) aspects before produced to contractor.

Checking of all the bill, submitted by the contractor and forward it to the accounts department.

Taking all the safety precaution during erection of equipment as well as structures.

Planning of day to day activities for carrying out mechanical work.

Checking of received material at the site and kept it to safe place till erection.

Planning out activities and Monitoring jobs for complete fabrication and erection.

Material follow up with supplier for timely completion of project.

Inspection of Equipment from suppliers and submission of inspection report to seniors.

Co-ordination of engineering department for supply of engineering drawings.

Co-ordination with drawing office for development of modifying the site drawings.

Safety compliances strictly follow in the work area.

Coordination with respective Lead Manager/Project leader.

Trouble shooting which occurred during the manufacturing.

Co-ordination with civil section for release of foundation as per requirement & Front availability for erection.
