Operated Haas CNC ‘s ; TL1 Lathe and TM1 Mill, also used manual Bridgeport Mill. Worked on many Demag Injection Molding machine. Learn how to PM all machines in shop, changed Mold’s, take Mold’s completely apart to replace Pins, Cam slides, etc. Most instances was able to machine parts needed to fix the Mold ‘s. Mixed many different types of materials for molding machine and operated forklifts.

Worked with lead mechanic on overhaul and service crew, overhauling all makes and models of gas compressors and generator. Worked on troubleshooting and repairing all models of Waukesha, Caterpillar, White Superior compressors and generators.

Worked in a lean manufaturing shop that consisted of, twelve hour shifts, newly designed parts, leading to different setups and different programing to get the job done.
