European Telecom Project which provides the end Customer all the features right from Provisioning and Activation till the Bill generation, Collections and Dunning of the customers. Supporting 8 European affiliates for providing Billing service.

Role & Responsibilities:

Billing Analyst, Application support.

Providing end to end Support to the customers.

Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams of LGI.

Gather requirements from business users and transfer the same to technical requirements

and Perform high level feasibility on the environment and existing network.

This is a Telecom Project which provides the Customer all the features right from Provisioning and Activation till the Bill generation, Collections and Dunning of the customers. The Project flow happens in the below way: Provisioning & Activation (Activating the customer and enabling them to use the service), Mediation (Here all the CDR’s are processed in the Billing system understandable format and filtering of unwanted CDRs. For this activity, CDR’s are collected from the switch which is the Primary source for CDR generation), Rating (In Rating, the rates are applied to the CDR’s as per the Bill Plan charges and discounts are given if any), Billing (Here the rated CDR’s are billed and all the rentals are applied to the customer and the then convert the same into an Customer understandable format), Collections (To receive Payments from the customers), Dunning (Taking appropriate action against the customers who have not made their payment on time and barring or unbarring the service accordingly).

Role & Responsibilities:

Visual Basic & Oracle PL/SQL Developer, Application support, maintenance and Enhancement.
