COMPANY PROFILE: Moser Baer India Ltd is an ISO certified company one of the largest manufacturers of data storage media, Solar cells, LCD & Solid State Media (Pen Drive & Memory Card). Its state of art plant situated Noida & Greater Noida, exporting about 80% of product to Europe & Canada. The product having global celebrating name “moserbaer”.
SYNOPSIS:
A seasoned professional experience in Manufacturing & Testing Quality Control, Inspection, of Data Storage Device (Optical Media & Solid State Media UFD, Flash Drive & wafer Testing) & LCD. Knowledge of handling different equipment like CD CAT, DVD CAT, CDT, Prometeus, ONO-SOKKI, SMT,QSR Test Fixture, Audio Signal Generator, Video Signal Generator, Modulator, High Voltage Tester, Leakage current Tester, Ground Tester & Color Analyzer.
Project Details:
Lead the project for MP tool automation for reducing the down time for providing tool to production.
Lead the project for taking test result backup online for reducing downtime
Lead the project for reducing downgrading PPM of various problems observed during production.
As a team member handle the cost saving project for using downgraded
Worked with “Moser Baer India Limited” in Solid State Media Division as a Production & Test Engineer.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
As a Production & Test Engineer
Working Experience in Solid State Media: - Worked as a Production & Test Engineer in Manufacturing department where we handle production for LCD, UFD, Micro SD & SD card.
Ensure the timely production as per PPC plan & achieve target. Maintain shop floor
Discipline. Ensure quality related problem during production.
Handling assembly line & 30+ manpower at shop floor. Permanent and casual
Manpower handling With respect to production plan on day to day basis.
Day to day Material Planning and co-ordination with planning department.
Production achieved with respect to Market requirement.
Implementation of quality system in the section. Prepare monthly production report.
Do the analysis for yield loss & Productivity improvement. Handle the Repeated error & find out corrective action. Implement solution for online test report backup. Provide training to concern for new product.
Maintain and follow the 5S Concept and safety measures required on the production lines and proper utilization of man, machine and material.
To identify, initiate and motivate the team to drive the improvement activities and build up a culture of continuous improvement in the manufacturing process & systems and way of working of the team.
We provide test solution for LCD, UFD, Micro SD & SD card. Set up the whole test facility for LCD & Data storage product UFD, Micro SD & SD card.
Do the validation of new BOM.
Set up Central Signal system for LCD testing.
Support manufacturing test operation activity.
Provide test solution (Software & Hardware) to manufacturing & establish robust manufacturing test.
New product test & tester qualification & Release.
Product & assembly process yield, quality sustenance & improvement.
Work with engineering team for electrical test analysis, test optimization, test time reduction, test fail/low yield analysis & characterization.
Work with engineering & troubleshooting team for fault isolation of failure.
Track & monitor test software & hardware control.
Test data measurement & establishment of test database.
Provide Virus free environment for testing of data storage product.
Tester enhancement, modification & maintenance support to establish consistent low downtime and develop new test fixture for testing.
Troubleshoot of computer for test related problems.
Do analysis for yield loss & Productivity improvement.
Implement solution for online test report backup. Handling production related activity also for LCD & UFD time to time. Provide training to other person time to time for improving their skills.
As a Quality Control Engineer (2001-2007)
Work Experience in Optical Media: - Working as a shift in charge in quality control department handling shift having 35 people per shift, Ensure manpower management and floor discipline on shop floor. Ensure correct grading of material producing on lines having production capacity one million Cd_R per shift. Prepare work instructions for all new jobs & quality plan for ensuring quality of product.
Monitoring the quality parameter & visual defects consistently & raising the feedback accordingly & hence responsible for total quality of product & giving timely feedback to production for reducing the down grading for quality related parameter & visual defects. Product categorization according to Q.C. parameter, implementation of Q.C. format, Quality improvement & maintaining trend process of quality parameter Physical checking of product at various stage at the time of manufacturing & carried out final inspection of finished product. Preparing the records & record keeping of module.
Comprehensive knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Kaizen, Work study, Problem solving Tool & Six Sigma Methodology.
Doing analysis for major affecting problem using quality tools & technique like 7QC tools, 5W2H, CAPA & Why-Why analysis & try to resolve them with the help of cross functional department.
Ensure timely delivery of product to our internal customer's for smoothly working of plant at our end.
Maintaining document & record keeping as per defined in ISO Compliance of ISO document system.
Ensure 5's management on shop floor for good working condition.
