Directed production, safety, cost, quality, CI and maintenance for five machine cells in 24/7 robotic manufacturing environment. Supervised 30 hourly and two salaried employees that generated over $8M in value annually in the GBP D65 Rail Cell.

Led the installation and debugging of moved equipment from a plant shutdown, provided operator and systems training, and made production without any customer delays.

Reduced unit costs annually by an average of 30% or $120K per year and increased production yearly by an average of 18% over a five–year period, all by continuously improving operations.

Managed over 50 CI projects to Develop-Record-Complete the installation, debugging, operator and systems training, of all five cells in the Short Cycle Manufacturing Department resulting in annual savings of more than $2M. Also Co-Led Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) efforts in three of four areas that contributed to the $2M savings.
