Customer Service Experience

Host and provide poker patrons with concierge-level service, including seating, food, beverages, receipt of payment, and assistance relocating to other tables during play. Average guests served (including drink orders) on a slow day is approximately 30 and, on a busy day, up to 60.

Greet and seat 30 to 50 dining guests daily at a buffet-style restaurant, serve drinks, remove dirty dishes as guests finish eating, and keep assigned section of dining area clean.

Clerical Experience

Handle high volumes of cash, averaging $600 to $1,000 a day.

Answer 5 to 10 phone calls daily, with an approximate call transfer rate of 50%.

Take payment for orders and return the correct change to the client at the table.

File forms and slips alphabetically, as well as pull and organize the files needed for the workday.

Information processing, Storage, & Retrieval Experience

Utilize an inventory tracking sheet to monitor how many oil filters a team of 6 to 10 people processed every hour. Process an average of 50 to 100 filters a day and regularly fill in for the team lead.

Fulfill store and individual customer orders for various organic health and beauty products (40 to 60 per day) by accurately selecting requested items from inventory as order slips came to the floor, scanning their barcodes with handheld computer to remove them from inventory, properly packaging them, placing them on shipping pallets, and moving the pallets when full to shipping.

Receive returned items that meet criteria for acceptance into inventory by scanning their barcodes with a handheld computer to electronically restore them to inventory, then manually placing them into proper position on the warehouse shelves.
