SKILLS & ABILITIES

General Maintenance Applications

4 Years Experience as Long Wall Electrician on both Joy and Cat controlled systems. Experienced in belt drive installation and maintenance. Including troubleshooting PLC controlled systems.

Experienced in trouble shooting and repairing high voltage machinery, up 12,470 VAC.

EXPERIENCE

Underground Electrician: Walter Energy (2008 - 2015)

Provide dedicated maintenance solutions to keep production at a profitable level. Provide expertise in adapting to all scenarios presented to maintain production. Provide troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime. Maintain parts inventory to assure availability during a breakdown scenario.

Plant Operator: Allied Energy- Bio Diesel Division (8/07 - 9/08) Performed daily operational checks on all plant functions, including chemical levels, pressure readings, and general plant operating capability.

Perform control rooms operations including chemical mix, plant parameters, and computer trouble shooting. Provide all plant maintenance including preventative maintenance and and break down recovery. Keep accurate records of tank levels, pressure readings, temperature readings, operating capacity, and lab results. Complete lab tests measuring PH levels, contaminants, water content and purity using a variety of chemicals, centrifuges, scales, and other lab instruments.

Route Sales- Full Line Vending: Buffalo Rock (1-06 - 7-07)

Service customer accounts and machines by providing a dedicated line of products geared to meet the customers needs. Keep a detailed record of all sales and maintain all cash proceeds until turning it in at the end of the day. Maintain product inventory and keep records of all product coming in and out.

Loan Officer: Ameriquest Mortgage (8/05 - 1/06)

Perform all duties including sales, record keeping, servicing, customer acquisition and retention, and cold calling. Provide all necessary services to customers, including seeing up appraisals, credit evaluation, title searches, and loan closings.

Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager: 84 Lumber (1/04 - 8/05)

Perform all duties associated with management, including product inventory, sales records, personnel recruitment and hiring, daily cash counts and money deposits, overseeing of staff and all aspects of daily business functions.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

I helped raise the number of tons mined by implementing a solid maintenance plan for both the development sections, and longwall sections at Walter Energy. This plan included both reactionary, and preventative maintenance applications. This resulted in an overall production availability of 98% with little to no down time.
