2011 to 5 -31-2014: Production Supervisor/Production Manager at Magnetti Marelli. My job consists of being over 180 people. Making sure we built to customer release. Was over tracking attendance, disciplinary action, scheduling overtime, production rates, LPA, problem solving, WCM for 5s
2010 to 2011: Was warehouse set up at Swartz Industries. My job consists of pulling and making sure all orders was pull correctly.
2009 to 2010: Was responsible for shutting the plant down and moving all product line to Mexico. I was the last Arvin Meritor Employee to leave. This year was responsible of moving all line to our Mexico plant, and inventorying all the assets and equipment. Had to spend six months and Mexico.
1998 to 2009: I was the logistic Supervisor. I was responsible for both shipping and receiving over about 30 people all three shifts. Was to make sure that all material was delivered to line to insure parts were being built to make our shipment. Was responsible for making sure all parts we received into system correctly. Also responsible for making sure we meet customer demands, also responsible for scheduling our production line.
1996 to 1998: Promoted to shipping and receiving clerk Job duties consist of RFQ scanning,managing Bills of Laiden shippers and receiving, inventory management, and cycle counts, and picking and kitting orders.
1993 to 1996: Was asked to start working with our over sea suppliers as logistic Coordinator. Is this role was responsible for bring all over sea parts into the building. This consisted of parts coming from Japan, Mexico, and Brazil. This job also helped me to obtain a passport.
1990 to 1993: Kanban Launch Coordinator job was posted and bid on. I was select for this job. The duties consisted of setting and making sure that all new products were successful. This also included launches at the customer which consisted of GM Mercedes, Chrysler and Ford. Also was responsible for setting up Kanban threw out our plant.
1988 to 1990: I started as welder and after one year was made line set up lead.
