Backup for Supplier Notification Query, downloading documents from online network system, analyzing the main details of the invoice if it is correctly done, getting the total number of invoices from different entities and get the summary report using pivot.

I was also trained to support mail room activities such as scanning sales invoices, sorting of files from Japan and sending the report.
