Group Leader Mfg Systems (2007-2010)

Leading the Business and Manufacturing Execution Systems group (four direct reports).

Leading architect and project manager of the SAP Integration with legacy applications using the Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle 10g database. Also managing the budget and invoice payment for all new hardware, software, training and consulting services.

Lead architect of a Production Performance data warehouse project where I learned warehouse fundamentals of data modeling, sizing and ETL techniques.

Lead architect of a Master Data warehouse to load SAP. Designed and coded ETL process that manipulated over a million rows of data. Did all DBA work for this effort including creation of table spaces, tables, indexes, triggers, stored procedures, and functions to manipulate data from KBE table structures, into a data warehouse and then into SAP.

Sr. Mfg Systems Analyst (2003-2006)

Working with a team to maintain the MES called CELLworks from the Brooks Software company. The MES was integrated into I2-Factory Planner demand scheduling, WIP management, Operator Interface, SCADA, SPC and corporate reporting systems.

Creating J2EE web applications to support business systems needs using Java/JSP/Struts with Oracle and the Oracle IDE called JDeveloper and the Oracle Application Server.

Working as a data administrator for Oracle, managing the core data model with skills in SQLPLUS, PL/SQL, Creating Views, Triggers, Snapshots and Constraints for 5 databases on 4 Unix Servers.

Working as the lead developer on a MES replacement project using the newest Brooks Software product called Factory Works. Working with MS Visual Studio to create C++ server side rules and .NET user interfaces, this system was integrated to SAP using Web Services.

Crew Supervisor (2003-2005)

Worked in a self directed work team manufacturing environment as a coach to a crew of 35 machine operators and maintenance associates. During this assignment I learned how to work through HR issues, lead, coach and communicate with operational staff.

Sr. Mfg Systems Analyst (2001-2003)

Worked with a team of engineers to maintain and integrate a Knowledge Based Engineering System called ICAD. This position includes software architecture design, project management and lisp programming using ICAD on a HP-UX platform.

Provided technical and development support for CMM like gaging equipment, Integration of corporate DB2 database models into Oracle using Web Services.

Reduced the gauging equipment cycle times by 65% using Lean/6Sigma tools for analysis and modification of the existing KBE based programming system.

Managed a team of developers to create a new NC output processor module for our products. This position includes software architecture design, project management and C++ programming using MS Visual Studio.

Developed custom applications to interface our main software modules to our customers CNC machinery.
