Professional Experience COMMUNICATION: REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS/TECHNOLOGY

Prepare reports for management per request, which range from information for Liquidity, Certificate of Deposit Maturity Reports, and many others. These are built using Business Analytics by Fiserv.

Construct a General Ledger form for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, short term, long term, voluntary life insurance, and life insurance for accounting.

Present training when necessary for new product roll-outs, such as a new account, or an upgrade with our core processing company. Have also conducted training on a new time card system as well as PDF print and sign training.

Manage Network with assistance from SafeSystems. I change passwords, troubleshoot minor problems, help with upgrades or install new printers, scanners and troubleshoot any problem with our core processing company.

Create forms with I-32 design tool to input into our account opening workflow.

Create forms in Adobe for office use.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/MARKETING/PROBLEM SOLVING

Oversee business banking and customer service.

o Manage business banking products such as online banking, remote deposit capture machines and merchant card services.

o Set-up merchant services and remote capture, which includes a laptop set-up and driver installation for our remote capture program.

o Resolve customer issues such as online banking errors, or password resets. o Set up and operational contact for business online banking. This includes completing authorization forms and finding out what the customer's needs from our online banking.

Develop and implement event planning:

o Arrange catering if needed.

o Prepare marketing and promotional items such as koozies, pens, golf tees, notepads, and any other promotional items needed.

o Coordinate the proper people necessary to work the event, whether that be other staff members, or outside sources.

o Review and approve menus for the event to ensure the menu is attractive and will accommodate the amount of people attending the event. o Set up and clean up for each event.

Problem Solving :

o Resolve technical issues in regards to customer online banking, merchant services, and remote capture.

o Manage account opening platform and troubleshoot with vendor when necessary. o Work to resolve all customer issues efficiently and effectively, giving the customer an experience that will keep them doing business with our company. o Resolve any network or technological issue that arises for three branches and operations.
