I have a very diverse set of skills due to the varied jobs that I have held but mostly due to owning my own companies. March 2009- November 7, 2014

Opened the center after the Dept. of Child Care Licensing approved it for 65 children. This was preceded by approval from the building department, the fire department, fire inspections, and agreement of a lease with building holder.

Managed day-to-day operations, gave potential families tours, hired all staff including Directors, and created company handbooks with employment policies, parent handbook with policies, tuition packets with rates. Maintaining a healthy and happy work environment for all staff and an educational and safe environment for all children.

OWNER, KID UNIVERSITY GOFFSTOWN

June 2005- September 26, 2014

Opened the center after the Dept. of Child Care Licensing approved the facility for 47 children. This was preceded by educating myself on Child Care Licensing regulations and approval from the health department, the fire department, fire inspections, and purchase of the property via a commercial loan and SBA loan.

Managed day-to-day operations, gave potential families tours, hired all staff including Directors, and created company handbooks with employment policies, parent handbook with policies, tuition packets with rates. Marketing promoting the business including renaming the company and creating logo with tagline.

Inbound and outbound sales of NH event and attraction advertising including large venues. Creating and posting of customer ads within the website including HTML coding. Assisted owner in expansion of the website based on interested parties. Built a rapport with marketing directors and business owners/presidents.
