Founded and managed P&L for two start-ups (private real estate investment group with seven locations, and construction design, development, and project management company). Supervised 23 direct reports (143 in chain of command). Reported to six-member Board of Directors and 40+ private and non-private investors (domestic and international).

Business Development: Balanced strategic visioning and tactical execution to grow start-ups. Played key role in building company recognized for achieving highest ROI for investors in shortest time. Identified and landed 100+ New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and out-of-country private real estate investors.
