PROJECT SCHEDULER AND ANALYZER (Jun 2014 - Present) ITC is a full service provider of qualified personnel and managed services to the IT, Telecom and CATV industries for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of wireless and wireline communications networks. ITC provides services to Fortune 500 companies, Federal, State and Local governments and System Integration Firms. Duties:
Develop, update and maintain program schedule using MS project
Design, update and publish interactive and multi-source project performance, resource utilization and imminent risks report on a daily/weekly basis

In the Integrated Drilling Services project (EUR 115 million), MEHRAN provided up to 14 drilling and workover services including project management and logistics for over 15 offshore drilling rigs of IOOC Company. Duties:
Develop, update and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (In MSP 2010) based on standard industry guidelines against data provided by the project team and participating subcontractors.
Identify key variances on the project progress against approved baseline and communicate the project performance and status information on scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risks in the form of monthly/bi-weekly reports to stakeholders.
Provide critical path analysis, S-curves, trend forecasts up to 3 week look ahead, estimate at completion and support to detailed cost and schedule reviews.
Perform periodic schedule health assessments to ensure validity and effectiveness of the schedule and maintain horizontal and vertical traceability.
Present prompt and accurate information to the project managers to facilitate the project trend analysis.
Direct assistance to the project managers in the development of project risk mitigation plan.
Liaise with sub contractors, attend meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and service providers.

ACO PARS PETROLEUM KISH – Tehran, IRAN
PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL SENIOR (Aug 2009-Jul 2011) ACO PARS PETROLEUM provides a variety of well services to major oil and gas companies active in Iranian south Pars district. ACO PARS is acknowledged as a successful drilling contractor in the local market and is a key player in the local industry for providing diverse drilling services via its sub-contractors and partners and supply and provision of upstream tools and equipment.
Duties:
Develop, maintain and update the master schedule using Primavera P6 to include all stakeholder requirements and interfaces.
Responsible to interrogate and review all subcontractors’ program submissions and update the project master schedule as required.
Reporting any risks and opportunities to the management team to develop mitigation/exploitation strategies.
Prepare project quality plans with activity timelines and budget predictions and assist in the control and co- ordination of the company’s Quality Management System.
