JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

Working in ISO 17025 certified Laboratory as Lab Officer (Q.CL).

Assures to perform and maintain the analysis according to the requirements of ISO quality

systems by using ASTM and IP Standard Test Methods.

Hand on practical of Oil & Gas Sample testing.

Analysis of different products of Refinery especially routine testing of Reformer and

Distillation Unit that includes sampling at high pressure.

Having good experience of all petroleum products testing including Naphta, PMG, Kerosene,

MTT, HSD,JBO, FFO,Jet-Fuel, Bitumen.

True Boiling Point Distillation Apparatus for Crude Oils.

Gas Chromatography, PONA Analysis of Naphtha and Reformat with the help of specially

designed Carborane (Calcarb+Borwin) Software.Composition of different Refinery Process

Gases and Natural Gas with the help of RGA ( Refinery Gas Analyzer)

Participate in Reformer plant Regeneration testing.

Environmental Monitoring and Analysis of different plant effluents and final refinery effluents

as per the USEPA certified test methods viz. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological

Oxygen Demand (BOD), Oil & Grease, Flue Gas Analysis, TSS, TDS, Ozone etc..

Prepare reports for analysis of different laboratory results.

Treatment of Boiler Blow down Water to comply with NEQS for pH, Total Suspended and

dissolved solids, COD and BOD As Team Player.

Responsible for environmental analysis of refinery which includes plant discharge to

atmosphere, waste water effluent.

Research & Development related work related to Effluent water treatment plant.
