Working in ESI –INDIA SOFTWARE since AUG 2011

Worked on stamping simulation using PS2G software (op process, tailor welded blank simulation, spring back, die-compensation, optimization,roll hemming, blank size & trim line optimization etc.), Nesting (blank layout design).

Working as QA engineer for software developed for die-face design. Designing the die for different Car parts while testing the software (hood-inner, hood-outer, dkld-inner, Rear door outer, front door, Body side, Door Inner, Wheel house inner etc.).Have knowledge of overall die design process.

As the part of Validation doing the analysis of customer requirement, designing the test case design,and involve in proper implementation of requirement, and able to deliver the product to customer as per his satisfaction in FIRST attempt

During Validation, performing various tasks like writing the test case, creating the model which will use to validate the new development, documentation of validation process followed during the period of development of a new feature (Module), acceptance testing performance on the customer parts. Preparing the training documents, Examples etc.

In the due course of validation process use to design the die, go to stamping simulation software do the analysis as per customer process, analysis of result is done and based on the result from stamping simulation, necessary modification done on the die design, and iteration continue till the required result achieved

Also doing the secondary OP operations like flanging, bending, overdraw, trimming, spring back, Roll hemming, and have basic knowledge about HOT FORMING process,

Works for validation CATIA V5 die design software developed by ESI group in Catia environment. The die design process have been developed in CATIA environment, and I am also working for this product

Another product I am working is Nesting (layout design of blank) validation

Works for duration of 1 month at PARIS (Rungis )

Have basic knowledge of Tube forming simulation

Supporting the ESI global customers for die design process
