Qualifications: Shift supervisor in charge of * to 10 BHT's, responsible for the safety and well being of 90 clients on 2nd shift. Behavioral Health Technician for Palm Partners, Inc for 8 months on 3rd shift. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Positions held while serving in the United States Army as a Combat Engineer 12B30, include Team Leader, Supply Tech, Squad Leader, Supply Sergeant, Section Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. Maintained 100% accountability of 18 assigned/attached Soldiers and their equipment while assigned to the Warrior Transition Battalion. During OIF 06-08, serving as the company Supply Sergeant, maintained 100% accountability of all route clearance equipment in excess of eighty million dollars. Chosen to attend 80 hours of Unit Level Logistic School-Ground over 350 Soldiers while deployed to Kosovo and graduated in the top three. Received 40 hours of forklift training which resulted in becoming licensed on 10k and 20k forklifts and having zero accidents during the two year assignment. Previous employment with Saturn of West Palm Beach, Delray Toyota and Ed Morse Cadillac as a parts department clerk who maintained multiple positions; delivery driver, shipping and receiving, stock/inventory, and sales person.

Experience working on teams: Worked with 2 shift supervisors updating information during shift change. Conducted an end of shift meeting with subordinates to listen to highs, lows, improvements needed and continued successes. Worked with 6 Behavior Health Technicians, assisting in accountability, posts and emergencies throughout the shift. Emplacing obstacles, removing obstacles, maintaining the squad’s vehicles, platoon physical training, military training schools. Worked with a team of 3 other Soldiers in charge of supplying the Battalion Maintenance Team with the proper parts and tools required to maintain the unit’s fleet, ensuring 100% of vehicles being fully mission capable. Interfaced with Case Managers and Physicians to facilitate priority medical care for Warriors in Transition; assisted hospital staff, Case Managers, and the Command team with work, education, and MWR programs to help the Soldiers and Families through the healing process. Cooperates well with a variety of personalities and individuals and participates in a professional manner to accomplish the business goal. Willingness to perform tasks assigned by supervisors and to assist others as needed.

Out front leader; demonstrating the ability, patience and attention to detail to handle the most, high risk Warriors during intense and stressful situations. Coached and mentored four Squad Leaders and one Platoon Sergeant to perform to their highest potential and use innovative ways to accomplish their tasks. Supervised eight Soldiers to accomplish the mission at all times, achieving superior results; self-starter who requires zero supervision. Safety Orientation: Directly responsible for the security of the Battery, ensuring that there was 100% compliance to security policies and regulations. Identifies and corrects safety hazards. Everybody is a safety officer and is a key element in ensuring each job is completed while upholding rules and procedures and wearing all required safety devices. It takes three people to properly operate a forklift. The driver maintains a slow speed and constantly watches for the signals given by the front and rear guards. The front guard ensures all forward obstacles are clear, while the rear guard ensures all unseen obstacles are cleared.
