PROFILE

I am a Plumbing, Mechanical and General Construction Project Manager / Estimator / HVAC Service Manager /Contractor with 30 years experience in the Plumbing, Mechanical and General Construction fields.

The experience I have acquired has been learned by direct field work, starting in my teenage years. In the positions of Plumber’s Helper, Plumber, Sheet Metal Helper, Sheet Metal Mechanic, Pipe Fitter’s Helper, Pipe Fitter and Irrigation Mechanic. I learned these trades literally from the ground up. As a Foreman and General Superintendent in these trades I learned to manage manpower and materials onsite in a safe and efficient manner to complete the projects on time and profitably.

As my knowledge grew I moved into Estimating, Project Management and General Construction Management. My field experience has given me a unique insight as it relates to the management of Mechanical and Plumbing projects. I have been through the Federal Prison System Contractor Background Check and am cleared to work in all of their facilities and am familiar with the Department of Facility Services and can comply with all of their requirements.

Throughout my career I have maintained machine operator skills for the following machinery, Backhoe, Excavator, multiple sizes of Trenchers, several types of Boring Machines, all manner of Pipe threading and Victolic groove machines, and Sewer cleaning equipment.

I am experienced in the installation of Copper, Black Steel, Galvanized, Cast Iron, Polybutylene, Pex, PVC, CPVC, ABS, Aluminum, and mechanical and slip joint fire main and water distribution piping.

Responsibilities for this position included estimating, bidding and managing mechanical, plumbing, and construction projects.
