SUMMARY

I am graduated student from University of Indonesia, specialization in Occupational Health and Safety at Faculty of Public Health. I have many experiences related this expertise since being student by contributing on organizations, research & consultant projects. My experiences when handling some projects with several companies consisted emergency response plan, pre fire planning, fire and explosion risk assessment and others related occupational health, safety and fire safety. Therefore, I have gained some skills in occupational health, safety, and fire safety based education background and work experiences. I have been involved in numerous projects related to oil & gas and mining; in Indonesia.

As HSE (Project) Leader, I have to propose all OH&S requirements to client regarding to Topographic Site Survey Project of PT Freeport Indonesia at Pertrokimia Gresik’s Site. As a matter of project management, it was assisted by Hatch, therefore site execution was undertaken that involved several stakeholders. As first priority, I supervised all site work plan during topographic survey on field where gypsum stockpile, bushes & trees was founded.

As project of PT Quantus Consultant Indonesia, I had handled a reporting of Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment Project at PT Dairi Prima Mineral. Site visit had been done to analyze fire hazard and risk specifically. We recommended fire protection and suppression system based on NFPA to implement further underground mining process and some fire safety recommendation for existing basecamp in Dairi, Medan, Indonesia.

We had to analyze data to develop risk assessment consisted desk study, software calculation, and also site survey for collecting data.

As part of final research for bachelor degree, I had finished research program of “Analisis Pre-Fire Planning pada Gathering Station Wilayah Kerja Pedada dan Kasikan di BOB PT Bumi Siak Pusako – Pertamina Hulu Provinsi Riau Tahun 2014”. During research program, not only collecting data for research, I got experiences to assess implementation of HSE programs at onshore rig, supervise chemical injection of well services, power plant and piping (offshore) construction, etc. Furthermore, an emergency response plan procedure was proposed to management as well.

In this research, semi-quantitative method, I measured risk and hazard of fires until it shows the worst case scenario of fire risk which might be occurred, afterwards it would be calculated the fire equipment needs. Finally, I suggested each needed items such water supply, fire pump capacity, and others fire protection and suppression as recommendation.

As participant of On Job Training PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit III Palembang, I did field study in HSE Department of Pertamina RU III. I need understand and know each section of Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Fire Safety.
