Supervision of construction activities, Erection of structural, piping& shells.
Preparing execution plans and resource planning.
Control the Piping Material like pipe, fitting, valves, etc. as per drawing & Site requirement.
Reviewing progress and making weekly and monthly plan.
Co-Ordination with quality department for implementation of the project quality system as per PQP
Review and control job specific safety procedure – Rigging & Lifting procedure, Welding & Hot works procedure, Scaffolding procedure.
Client and subcontractor billing.
Witness all inspection tests like pneumatic, hydrostatic, holiday, NDT (UT, RT, DPT) to be performed on pipelines and pressure vessel. HIGHLIGHTS
Completed fit up and erection 320 MT ton of Shell for the hot stove chimney of 90 meter height.
Assembled and erected mushroom type dome structure for hot stove combustion chamber.
Completed Installation and alignment of 22 centrifugal pumps and its drive motor, 7 diesel pumps and its diesel engine.
Fabricated and erected 13515 inch-meter suction and delivery pipeline for all pumps.
Installed valves 29 no’s (gate, butterfly, NRV), expansion bellows, 3d bend and reducers.
Completed 6845 inch-meter of cooling circuit lines of side Stream filter area (cooling water circuit).
Completed 6000 inch-meter of cooling circuit lines of cold well area (cooling water circuit).
Installed plate heat exchangers of 7 no's for the heat recovery of cooling circuit and its piping. QUALIFICATION
