Duties include but not limited to tenant housing space, common area and exterior inspections for compliance with HUD/DHCD safety, lead based inspections & building exterior review. & report writing. (7 Hrs/Day 5 days/wk 52 wks/yr for 3 years) While working with Gale Associates, leaders in the building envelope field as a Field Technician, Roofing Monitor, ABAA Air Barrier Auditor, CETCO Waterstop Inspector, Building Envelope Inspector & Resident Engineer. Experience in exterior building envelope renovations, analysis, design and construction administration. I conducted periodic or daily site visits, take measurements, record installations and compare it to the manufacturer’s installation specifications, taking digital photos and create a daily excel report with photo documentation of the contractor’s work to ensure adherence to the contract documents dealing with building envelope, air barriers, roofing, window, curtainwall & masonry replacements, foundation & subgrade waterproofing for buildings & tunnels for compliance with contract documents & specifications interpretation. Provide effective communication and customer service skills with owners, clients, contractors & manufacturers representatives. With proficiency in estimating, investigation & report evaluations to building component review, assessment of component assemblies. (8 Hrs/Day 5 days/wk 52 wks/yr for 6 years)

While working with Universal Testing Services of Massachusetts as a licensed concrete test technician with ACI & MCIB, while performing rebar, concrete, soils compaction, masonry and roofing inspections. (8 Hrs/Day 5 days/wk 52 wks/yr for 3 years) I also have a small custom home design – build company, Timberline Designs, creating one of a kind timberframe homes.

While working with Ray Precast, Inc as a CADD Draftsman drafting standard and custom precast concrete utility structures for water retention, septic systems, drainage structures, oil-water separators for standard road dranage structures or custom designs & digital library of standard precast products. Quatity take-offs of working drawings for precast concrete products for bidding purposes. OSHA Compliance Officer for Reinforced Precast Concrete Plant.
