Director of Human Resources – 2008 to 2010

Directed all Human Resources functions, with four (4) direct reports, for hospital with over 800 employees. Chief Compliance Officer and member of Executive Team, reporting to CEO.

Reviewed, modified or developed all Human Resources policies to ensure smooth transition during Hospital acquisition activities.

Achieved a $550,000 reduction in health expenses by implementing changes to PPO health plan and elimination of HMO plan.
