Position Title: Staff Accountant
Duties: 1. Prepares monthly and quarterly grant and contracts report in regulatory formats as required.
2. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date analyses of revenues and expenses.
3. Prepares month end close journal entries
4. Generate and prepares budget-to-actual comparison reports
5. Responsible for fixed asset and minor equipment logs for state grant compliance.
