Engineering CTP: Gained knowledge and experience in the operations of a food manufacturing facility and the Engineering aspects of it. Facilitated a team to that increased mechanical up-time on the plant from 90 to 97%. Received training and mentoring in Management skills.

Maintenance Supervisor: Managed the $2M inventory for the maintenance department and the inventory/planning team 5 Employees. Also helped lead the Maintenance team of 30 Mechanics.

Production Supervisor: Supervised 25+ team members, and daily production operations. Oversaw the addition of a third shift of production. Hiring and developing a new production team.

Williams International, Ogden Utah 2002-2008
