Notable Accomplishments:
Developed improved sales and marketing strategies for companies, increasing revenue and market focus!
Analyze customer relations and approval, implemented successful adjustments for closer cooperation, resulting in increased loyalty and more contracts.
Revamp focus for development of additional market segments.
Most recently I did a 2 year project for a Home Health Care. Developed and trained 6 representatives.
Introduced and developed Trade Show attendance. Designed booth décor and displays, trained team to work the show with focus on attracting attendees to learn all about the services provided.
Additional Notable Accomplishments:
Responsible for increasing the profit of a home improvement company from $40,000 a week to $125,000 a week in about eight weeks. Increased lead count by 250% by expanding and improving the lead generation program. Hired, trained and supervised eight commissioned salespeople to follow leads which led to an increase in closed business.

Sales Manager
Rainbow/Carson Dellosa focused on software learning materials for the K-12 market. Products included learning tools and curriculum-based programs that could be used at home or in schools.
Responsibilities:
Developed new sales team nationwide for launch of bilingual reading and math software curriculum for K-12 schools through direct to school sales.
Responsible for training and mentoring a Sales Force of 31 Representatives.
Supported sales team’s efforts with direct presentations to school districts, trade shows and events.
Inventive Communications, Wayne, NB 1995 to 2000
National Sales Director
Inventive communications provided electronic media and other Internet-based tools for K-12 schools through the Media Center.
Responsibilities:
Designed and built new sales force and outside sales strategy for various products.
Provided training and support to 27 sales professionals for effective, nation wide coverage of the market. This met with huge sales success.
Notable Accomplishments:
Exceeded initial quota of $500,000 by 17%.
Improved lagging sales by improving demonstration capabilities of sales organization. This group’s focus was to sell an annual contract for unlimited usage for an Internet- based search engine that allowed students to use the Internet safely.
Winnebago Software, Caledonia, MN 1990 to 1995
Western Regional Manager
Winnebago Software provided media-center software and hardware to the K-12 educational market in 12 western states.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for demonstrations and sales of products in schools and at the District level.
Trained, mentored and motivated 40 sales professionals.
Successfully worked at trade shows and provided major presentations throughout region.
Successfully attained $13 million in sales which was $3 million over quota (a first for the western region).
