April 2007-August 2007 --Top phone marketer/trainer for USA-owned call center in Zapote, CR. Averaged 3 to 4 quality leads per shift, and around 70 per month. Also assisted all 10 other marketers with generating leads and collecting crucial information on credit applications (i.e. social security numbers). Voted employee of the month in July 2007. Left company motivated and in excellent standing. Company laid off all 14 employees due to the mortgage crisis/economic problems in the housing/mortgage market in the USA at the present time.

October 2005-Feb. 2006 -- Provided emotional support, information, and referrals to patients, caregivers, and professionals related to Dementia of the Alzheimer’s Type and Related Dementias telephonically and on a walk-in basis at the agency. Collaborated with team members to update Helpline materials and ensure accuracy of research, literature, and all important documents associated with helping the community at large. Averaged 10-20 minutes on the phone with each caller with around 180-200 people a month helped and reassured. Received high scores on outcome measures from callers. Entered all data on a daily basis in database confidentially and followed up with callers as appropriately needed.
