WORK EXPERIENCE

Quality Specialist/Contractor

DOW Engineering Company (DEC) - Houston, TX - April 2013 to May 2015

• Responsible for Scheduling and Performing Quality Management System audits for the Ran Tanura Integrated Project in Saudi Arabia; a Joint Venture between DOW and Saudi Aramco

• Reviewed and revised QMS documents as new processes were developed and existing ones modified

• Gathered, maintained, and presented data to the Project Management Team on a weekly basis, this included Non-Conformance issues, Request for Variance, and other general data required for Project efficiency

• Coordinated meetings on a daily basis between Management, Suppliers, Construction Site, and Inspection Agency to review various quality topics

Quality/Manufacturing Manager

Laser Shot Inc. - Stafford, TX - August 2009 to March 2013

• Managed Quality (Domestic and International), Manufacturing, and R&D (Mechanical) daily activities. This included full integration of systems involving simulation software, simulated weapons, various camera types (Thermal/Laser), Projection Hardware, and fully fabricated mobile ranges constructed using AR500 steel

• Initiated ISO 9000 course to compliance and certification by writing the company quality manual, organizing flow of production information, and accomplished key ISO milestones
