OVERVIEW:

I have more than (29) years in law enforcement, executive protection, investigation, risk management, and training experience, the majority of work involving supervising, managing, and training personnel and clients. Most of the following are not jobs per se, but contracts.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

RDP WORDWIDE, INC – December 1985 through Present

President – RDP Worldwide fulfills security contracts of short/long duration, and also investigations in the CONUS and OCONUS. RDP Worldwide is a holding company of security independent contractors worldwide called and contracted on for specific security and investigative needs. RDP Worldwide also develops Security Programs unique to each client and Security Detail, and trains the Contractors on implementation of said programs. June 2009 to August 2012

For four years RDP Worldwide was tasked with protecting a Middle-Eastern Prime Minister and his family. The situation was very unique and required travel CONUS and OCONUS. In covering the Prime Minister there were many instances where RDP Worldwide also co-protected Presidents and other high-ranking politicians. RDP Worldwide also provided logistics for all client movements, which were in the hundreds. I was the Detail Leader and Agent-In-Charge for the Security Detail.

Armor Group/North America, Inc. – July 2004

Observer/Security Agent - Independent Contractor working through the Department of Homeland Security to transport illegal aliens back across the United States/Mexican border to Mexico City, Mexico and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Duties included guarding, transporting, protecting illegal aliens from Tucson, Arizona to Mexico City, Mexico. I was the Chief Trainer for on-plane security training of security agents.

Senior Training Instructor – Independent Contractor working with the Egyptian government in security and police training for Port Sohkna, Egypt on the Red Sea, training involved firearms, defensive tactics, counter terrorism, chemical and biological security, and many other subjects and topics.

At Risk Security, Inc – 2003

Training Instructor/Detail Leader - At Risk Security, Inc., training security agents in hand-to-hand fighting, combat firearms mechanics and techniques, knife fighting, and other areas of security considered vital to their positions. The agents were being trained to oversee security/police on military bases across the United States. I also was the detail leader for a number of personal protection details of high-risk clients in Texas and Virginia. Each of these details involved overseeing all of the day-to-day security and management for 8-11 agents, 5-6 drivers and other necessary personnel.

Capital International Security (C.I.S.), 2002-2003

Director of Security - responsible for developing and managing investigation and security programs requiring the employment of recognized and unique security measures, procedures, and techniques: screening, hiring and training agents in all phases of security and protection.
