EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

I worked for Willow bank on the 10 July 2013 to the 31 for May 2014 at support worker it would be expected to develop friendly and supportive relationship with service users in their own home. I would assist service users in their skill and help them make their own choices’ would help them with appointment and personal finances in the home and do activities in the community to meet people in the area would support with personal care and every day activities like personal hygiene, medication, cooking, mobility and finance would record on the correct paperwork what task have been completed I have work for Milestone Trust Joining them In January 2000 to the 4 July 2014 as Home Support Worker at A grade in some for the home I got grade up to B with behaviours then a suffer from mental health disorders. I was with the Trust from 18 year. Then role in the home is cooking, cleaning, mobility and making home lovely for the service user a daily life appointment, for the service user personal finances and houses budgets I when back on the bank 31 may 2014 going different homes within the Trust. But I am still on the bank going around the different homes within milestone. I have worked previously with Phoenix Trust from 1998 to 2000. Employed as A grade nurse working different centres but mainly Hospital, Bristol caring for adults with different learning difficulties and different problem in their life to.
