Supervised Off-Site Vendor Surveillance personnel, hired, fired, reviewed reports, paid invoices and coached inspectors performing pressure vessel inspections across USA and Canada, for vessels ordered by Refinery Engineering personnel. Followed construction and delivery. Obtained fabricator procedure addenda for off spec procedures such as: WPS/PQR's, NDE procedures, and Quality Manual.

Discussed inspection requirements (E2G) with contractor management and QC Inspectors for assigned project work. Prepared Inspection Test Plans for onsite piping packages for review from piping engineers and distributed to fabricators.
