Planning and Sourcing – Recruitment, emigration, selection, sourcing out through Print Media, Web,Consultants, etc.

Induction Programmes – Joining formalities which include filling of Employee Joining form, Statutory forms like PF & ESI joining forms, welfare forms like Insurance, Bank forms etc., the Do’s & Don’ts, ending in basic rules & regulations followed in the property. Issue Identity Cards, Leave Cards, Name Badges, Arranging Accommodation, Uniforms, and Drops etc, Medical test for food handlers . Wages & Salary Management- Salary Structure Preparation, Maintaining Leave register, Entering & Posting of Leaves, Attendance Sheet Preparation, Pay Roll Process, Generating Pay Roll Reports in software and to Accounts for final Payment. Pay Slip generation and Distribution Statutory Procedures- Joining forms of PF & ESI to be get filled, Monthly returns of PF & ESI with joining forms, Forms indicating New join/ Resign, Annual returns of PF with Annual Statement and Associate Individual Statement, Half yearly returns of ESI with half yearly statement.
