Wages & Salary Management- Salary Structure Preparation, Maintaining Leave register, Entering & Posting of Leaves, Attendance Sheet Preparation, Pay Roll Process, Generating Pay Roll Reports in software and to Accounts for final Payment. Pay Slip generation and Distribution Statutory Procedures- Joining forms of PF & ESI to be get filled, Monthly returns of PF & ESI with joining forms, Forms indicating New join/ Resign, Annual returns of PF with Annual Statement and Associate Individual Statement, Half yearly returns of ESI with half yearly statement.
