Summary of Experience and Qualifications

Komita is a Sr. Consultant with Deloitte US offices with overall industry experience over 10 years. She is aligned with the Organization Transformation service line. Her core competence lies in Change Management and she is responsible for the design, development and implementation of various tools and techniques for business case development, stakeholder identification, stakeholder management, communications planning, and training. Lead 5 member team –Business process re-engineering (BPR) by Identifying and suggesting Change Management Approach, Data collection techniques, mapping existing processes, and planning for future state deliverables for electronic documentation of existing paper case files. BPR of process, people roles and technology. The solution was part of Integrated Eligibility System (IES).

Lead the development and execution of change management strategies and plans in collaboration with executive sponsors and project teams on the technology adoption projects. Driven adoption of the change, including identification and management of key stakeholders and development of metrics to measure change sustainability.

Drive and lead the change impact assessment from current to future state and understand the impact to people, process, and technology. Developed and validated Course Curriculum and further developed the Lesson Outlines and storyboards. Role: Process Trainer;

Project involved skill development of resources by imparting training. It also involved in training members for promotional measures to increase the overall turnover of the organization. As member of the research team worked on improving product (anti-reflection coatings) quality, enhanced testing produces and suggested new methods for production standardization.
