International Business Development, Mayday Manufacturing Company, Denton, Texas. 2003-2004. Mayday is a leading producer of close tolerance machined components and serves the world’s aerospace community. Assisted Mayday in a study of the Polish Aerospace Industry. Also planned and led a comprehensive visit for Mayday executives including introductions and strategic meetings with all of the major participants and leadership executives that are engaged in the Aerospace & Defense business in Poland. Managing Director International, Financial Group, Portland, ME 2001-2003 Initiated and established a representative office in Poland to introduce a proprietary asset management platform for a Polish and European client to access some of the best investment managers available internationally, offering mutual funds and separate account options. This offering is focusing on institutional investors, pension fund, banks and high net worth individuals.

Signed an agreement with Co-Operative Banking Association to invest at least 50 Million USD over the next 3 years to the FG platform.

VP, Distribution, Sales&Marketing, National Fund of Credit Guarantee of Co-operative Banking, Warsaw, Poland, to offer a credit (loan) guarantee product for small to medium size business enterprises.

Managing Director, Forum Financial Group, Portland, ME 1994 – 2001, VP, Distribution & Sales, Forum West Trust Fund Management Co., Wroclaw, Poland. Initiated and developed Forum’s first international joint ventures, the formation of a mutual fund transfer and a mutual fund trust company with Poland’s largest bank, as well as an insurance company (life, auto, property, and industrial). Acted as VP, Distribution and Sales for the mutual fund trust company, managing ten sales/marketing representatives. Principal strategic liaison between Forum’s Portland-based headquarters and all Polish operations. All three companies achieved strong market presence in a highly competitive Eastern European market; the mutual fund service became the top performing company of its kind in Poland with over 70 percent market share.

Researched and established relationships throughout the Polish banking and brokerage community to evaluate and select the most viable partners.
